Nextion Driver is already incorporated in PiStar image since v 4.1.0.

So,

How many times are we going to read about it needs to be installed on fresh new setup system ??

The Nextion driver may be in place but the MMDVM configuration changes are not.

If you rebuild/refresh a system using a saved configuration that does not have the necessary sections in the MMDVM ini file, then the only way to get those sections added is editing the ini file by hand *or* rerun the Nextion install process. Without those sections in the ini file, the Nextion option does not appear in the Configuration dashboard, leading one to assume it has to be installed (again).

At least once more... it was about 1/3 incorporated, and then 2/3 incorporated in 4.2.0.... and finally mostly usable in 4.2.1
