New QuadNet DMR Servers

Post by KD4IIW »

Can the following new Quadnet DMR servers be added to the auto update dmr host files?

QuadNet_DMR_OH : quadnet.ddns.net
QuadNet_DMR_VA : quadnet2.ddns.net
QuadNet_DMR_OR: quadnet3.ddns.net

Or do I need to update them manually?

Andy, here is the information that I have been sending to everyone using Pi-Star:

Quadnet now has 3 brand new advanced DMR servers. The servers are located in Ohio, Virginia and Oregon. The server dashboards can be found at the following address:

Quadnet_DMR_OH - quadnet.ddns.net

Quadnet_DMR_VA - quadnet2.ddns.net

Quadnet_DMR_OR - quadnet3.ddns.net

Port 62031

Password is passw0rd

Yes, the servers support the options line.

Let me know if you need any more information.

Thanks,

Have you taken a look at the dashboards lately? There are a lot of very active talkgroups available now. For a complete list, check out https://quadnet3.ddns.net/dashboard/index.php?p=wwtg . All talkgroups are available on any of the new Quadnet servers.

Which drop-down will these servers appear in?
I don't see them in the DMR+ Master list.

Hey, Alan. Good to see you here on the forum. You can find 3 of the servers listed in the DMR master dropdown on the configuration page but the aren't listed correctly and the Texas server hasn't been added yet. You should see them listed under HB_US_Quadnet. The updated information has been submitted a week or so ago, so it should be updated soon to show the correct locations and add the Texas server.
