Remount Root and Kaernal File Systems fail to start

I upgraded from 4.1.8 to 4.2.1 and get the following errors during startup.

Failed to Start Remount Root and Kernal File Systems
Failed to Start ntp.timer
Failed to Start openBSD Secure Shell Servers
Failed to Start Keep Memory of all UPnP devices that announced themselves

Once the device is up and running, it seems to be functioning properly.-

Any ideas would be help full.
