Pi-Star running YSF. I hear conversations, but they don't hear me.

Post by n1aup »

I set up my hotspot / Pi-Star on a generic, Chinesium board. Works fine.

I set up a friend's YSF Pi-Star, and I hear voice traffic from the selected room. See call signs on the dash list. Everything is properly green, but no one can hear me when I key my radio, and I don't show up on the dash.

What am I missing?

I think I read that no ports need to be opened on my Network firewall.

Can anyone help?

Either use the calibration tool or manually set your rx offset in mmdvmhost expert so the board can see ur transmissions.

Sent via smoke signals using my SM-G935F

There is a cal sticker under the board, so maybe that's it.
