What is this button for?

I have a Jumbo Spot MMDVM and the RF deck has a momentary switch (circled in red in the picture) on it. Can anyone tell me what that switch does? When I push it, it flashes all of the LED's on the RF deck, just above the header I soldered in for my Nextion.
