Started using the raspberry pi3 B+ with Pi-star v4 RC3

just come to use the built in wifi and i get this

WIFI is disabled because the country code is not set

i then run the -- sudo raspi-config to set country code..

command not found

can any one shed some light on this...
This is a clean install

i have seen you have to enter the WIFI info manually for security in the B+ version......
all done and working... now....

The on-board wpa_supplicant.conf already has the country code in it, you should never run into this problem unless you used your own wpa_supplicant.conf

This also makes sure that the country section is already included.
