Addition of C4FM on my current MMDVM repeater

Hi all
Well for many years my local mmdvm repeater which I manage has been running DMR and D-star without issues. So we decided to add C4FM/Fusion change of NOV and enabling it on the repeater. I am currently waiting for my transceiver to arrive but noticed a local RF users was getting BER's at 10.5%.
Currently the system is the pi-star GUI build with MMDVM 20190130, MMDVMHost settings are:
YSFmode enabled
RF level 100
YSFTXLevel 26
D-Star TXLevel 26
DMRTXLevel 26
TXDelay 100
I am using two GM350 UHF 128chl Motorola's, radio interface board is the ZUM 1.0 version. In an ideally world I would pull the repeater and setup in the workshop, but that's not possible at the moment. So wonder if anyone has any idea's?
Once I have my C4FM/Fusion radio I can do some more testing. Please note I have never used Fusion before. Wonder what's the best mode to run in DN or VW. Should i be seeing 0% BER on Fusion?
Regards
Paul
