"Could not resolve host: github.com"
DNS issue, not a PiStar problem. Leave it and your ISP or whoever you use for DNS will fix it.

I got that series of errors also. A reboot and a second try worked.

Or a possible lack of internet access...

Or a temporary GitHub glitch.

Re: fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/AndyTaylorTweet/Pi-Star_v4_Binaries_Bin.git/
I am seeing this a lot lately myself. Once it starts, my only fix is to burn a new SD Card.
My first thought was a DNS issue, but no other DNS issues and I can manually update (hit the Update Menu item) on other Hotspots and they go right through, come back to the problem one and it fails with the same error. Re-booting in my case doesn't help.

That's how I fixed mine. The sd car went bad a 16 Gig card I got from Micro center so I know it wasn't fake went bad and shows 30 gig. So I imaged a new 32 gig SD card and it started working.
