I decided to try the USB2TLL adapter. When I do a check of the install of the Nextion Driver I get the following

I have the settings as you mentioned and still cant get it to work.
I must be missing something
All I am trying to do is use a USB2TTL adapter rather then connecting to the modem.
Is there a step by step I can follow before I lose it?
