Enable YSF via XLX

Luc (LX1IQ) has expanded the capabilities of the XLX reflector software to enable native C4FM connections to XLX. It might be relatively straightforward to enable the capability via the Pi-Star menu system. Rather than connect to a local YSF gateway, MMDVM connects to a remote XLX.
Here is how to configure in /etc/mmdvmhost:
[System Fusion Network]
Enable=1
LocalAddress=127.0.0.1
LocalPort=3200
GatewayAddress=xlx020.k2ie.net
GatewayPort=42000
Debug=0
ModeHang=20
Pi-Star can obtain a list of active C4FM XLX reflectors via:
http://xlxapi.rlx.lu/api.php?do=GetXLXYSFMaster
This is running on XLX020 if anyone wants to test it out.

I've just updated XLX505 but because I am also running YSF 80706 I've changed the port number to 42001 (on XLX505) so that they both play nice with each other! (I might have to swap them)
As this hasn't been implemented into pistar yet I've not had the chance to test it yet...

Hopefully the XLXYSF hosts from luc, will be updated alongside into the YSFHosts.txt in the future

This particular request is moot now, because the YSF registration page will accept registration of XLX reflectors. Once done, those XLX reflectors appear in the Pi-Star YSF list.

Provision for registering xlx reflectors on
https://register.ysfreflector.de/register
has been implemented now so once xlx sysops register their reflector the will appear in the drop down menu under the YSF setup (they are towards the end of list)
