Oled Display Zumspot

Greetings,
I have a new Zumspot/Pi Zero w and everything is working great, but on first line of the oled display where it shows the call sign and typically the name of the person, when I TX all it shows is my call sign. I have updated via P-star but to no avail. What am I missing? The radio is a BTECH 6x2, and the pi zero is Rev 1.1?
