Setting up a default bootup reflector when connecting to DMR+

Using the options= field found in the DMR section of the pi-star configuration or on the dashboards expert page if running dmrgateway.
Set it for the reflector you want to connect with at boot.
The example below shows 4000. currently set no. reflector (as 4000 = disconnect) will be chosen on boot, replace 4000 with the reflector of choice.
StartRef=4000;RelinkTime=60;UserLink=1;TS1_1=9;
