I noticed that even if I don’t select any ysf2*** modes I still have the Wires-x passthrough option in the Yaesu System Fusion section.

My question is does this do anything when you don’t have the YSF2*** modes enabled? Is it best to leave it off or turn it on or does it not matter at all?

The new availability of XLX connectivity works with this, although they dont quite have it working right just yet, right now you can choose an XLX, then then you have to turn off the Wires-X mode on your radio and turn it back on, I hope to work with Jonathan and / or the XLX team to get that sorted out.

XLX and Cross-Mode is all that Wires-X passthrough effects.
