Hi, I would like to try the NXDN with my hotspot but I don't know what to use as a device.
Also I don't want to invest too much money, what do you recommend Kenwood or icom (talki walki) but which model?

I have a pair of Icom IC-F3161DS (VHF) IC-F4161DS (UHF) nxdn radio's.

These fall into the first generation category of radio as they don't have any bells & whistles (no text message or gps)

So for use with mmdvm they get the job done!
