DVMEGA Pi-Star stuck on TX

My hotspot seems to occasionally get stuck in the transmit mode (as indicated on the dashboard). This occurs when I let go of the PTT and then I don’t hear the other station. The solution is to press the PTT once and then I can hear the remainder of the other station’s transmission. Doesn’t happen often, but enough to be annoying.
Anyone else experience this? Any solution? Thanks! 73

I've had it happen, but not very often. I always suspected RF from my Allstar node was to blame, but I've heard others say it has happened with other hardware/software that happened to have RF in the environment as well.
