Active BM Connections info drops In/Out Randomly

Howdy!
I have a strange situation where the Active BrandMeister Connections information displayed on the Admin page on my ZUMspot Simplex and Duplex hotspots drops in and out randomly. The two models are a RPi3A+ and an RPi0W, both running v4.1.2.
The dropouts seem random but the information eventually repopulates on its own. Refreshing the page has mixed results, sometimes causing the information to return immediately and sometimes not. When the dropouts occur, only the BrandMeister Master information remains correct as set - BM United States 3102. The other fields - Default Ref, Timeout(s), Active Ref, Static TGs and Dynamic TGs show Not Set, Not Set, None, None and None respectively.
Both were re-flashed and reconfigured. However, the problem still occurs. Changing BrandMeister Master to BM United States 3101 also has no effect. I attempted to attach a screenshot but the resolution was too poor.
Anybody else experience this? And, if so, what did you do to correct it?
Thank you,
N0XRV, - Malcolm
