capacitors in dvmega_arduino_hat need to be grounded manually.

According to the ADF7021 dadasheet, the capacitors C21 & C22, C43 &C44 should be grounded in dvmega_arduino_hat (DBR V1.1) PCB. But I found they didn't, and was confused that it worked well and no difference at all if they were grounded or not.
