Hello,
is there a way to make the pistar announce frequency and such every, let's say, 15 minutes or any other arbitrary timing?
Or even a preloaded MP3/wav or audio file . External programs are welcome too.

As of now, I supplied with the scheme
Allstar <--> HBLink <--> hotspot

A cron in allstar node transmits to hblink the announce, and from there it goes on air through the pistars
