Receiving signal

Post by S51RA »

I have sainsmart MMDVM Hotspot WiFi Digital Voice Modem Kit with Raspberry Pi Zero W and 3.2 Inch LCD
Device transmits all modes but I can not receiving nothing. On side of handhelds I receive all but can not transmit nothing to device.
What is the reason? How I can fix this issue?

Thanks for your help.

you might try on command (ssh in expert)

mmdvmcal
set frequency of the hotspot
F for up and f for down in frequency.
b for BER test.

Might give indication if there is rxoffset or txoffset in mmdvm config needed. My 2nd hotspot needed this offset to rx and tx properly.
