Problem with Windows 10 Mobile HotSpot

Hello, I know that Windows 10 Mobile devices are dead, but for now i have no other way to share internet while I'm not home. There is no problem to connect to phone, pi-star will connect to phone right after loosing conection with home router. But there is no way to acces Dashboard from the Windows 10 Mobile EDGE browser. I can get to it only by connecting another device to the hotspot using pi-star IP. Are they any setting or format of pi-star adress in the browser?

On the OLED witch I have, i can't power down pi-star.

Have you tried Pistar-remote via the expert menu? You can shut down Pi-star using your radio.

I still have no acces to dashboard, but main goal of be able to power down pi-star was reach. Thank you for help.
