ircDDBGateway issues

It has been reported that the new ircDDBGateway has a few issues;
Firstly it is flat out broken on Pi-Star 4.0.0-RC* builds:
I didn't expect this to be the case, however we've not supported Pi-Star 4.0.0-RC* for some time, that build never made it to release status. Since there clearly are a few repeaters out there running this build, I urge you to update, but in the mean time I have made and pushed a compatible built that does work on these, please use this thread to track the status: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3299
dPRS / APRS:
This was un-expected, the way that the current software pushes updates to APRS servers is a little different, I'm working on this and it should be usable again soon.
