OK working through your response,
I fired up my hot spot, logged in, ran Update, drilled in and had a quick look around. The two DExtra_Hosts.txt files are still empty with only the three lines at the top.
When I open the above, I get a "full" file, with the five lines at the top, eg:When you click on this link what do you see? Is it full or just 3 lines?

and a long listing of the XRF reflectors.
Regarding my SD card, I am using a SanDisk 16GB card and when I run
I get the following,Code: Select all

So, to me it looks like there is plenty of spare space??
OK regarding my build to V4.1.4, it was via upgrades, not a new clean install. That could be my next step is to load a fresh SD card with a "clean install" and see what happens.
I also ran the "tracert www.pistar.uk" and got the following response,
"Tracing route to www.pistar.uk [172.67.192.23]
over maximum 30 hops:"
and 7 lines that I could not copy................
