Ive flashed 2 cards and they still do the same....bleeding thing !

Strange, I now can access the HAT but it doesn't seem to want to do anything, I can see it in my router and have the config on screen but still I have one green light and a slow flashing red one.

Well its still alive, after playing about and powering up and off and changing settings then putting the back again its come back to life.

I’m having the exact same problem with my hotspot. I’ve replace both boards (PiZero) and reflated SD card. Still can’t find it on IP scans. Is this a hardware or software issue?
