Hotspot to Hotspot Linking

Up until a few weeks ago, I was able to have other pistar users link to my hotspot on DStar by link commands K9WLW BL. I was also able to link out to other pistar hotspots. For some reason, it seems none of us are suddenly able to do direct links to each other's hotspots. Has this feature been recently disabled? Is there a way it can be reactivated?
