Frequency changes to 0Mhz when enabling D-Star

Hello all,
I have run into an interesting issue. I noticed this issue and then re-imaged my hotspot, it survived the re-image.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Fresh image
2. Complete 'General Configuration' section
3. Enable DMR Mode
4. Configure DMR (DMR works as expected at this point)
5. Disable DMR
6. Enable D-Star and hit apply
Once D-Star is enabled, the radio frequency changes to 0Mhz and D-Star no longer shows enabled. I have tried re-entering the frequency and hitting apply, but it doesn't change anything. I have checked /etc/mmdvmhost and the frequency is still there.
Any suggestions on what to check next?
