Every morning at exact 1:25AM, the MMDVM closes and restarts again. Is there a particular reason on why that is and can I change this? I installed a fresh Image with just the basic settings adjusted so that it works and the behavior is the same.

Most likely the nightly shutdown to check for updated software.

What time-zone is your R-Pi configured for (my update check appears to have taken place at 08:33; I'm configured for EDT timezone -- which would make it 12:33 UTC)...

Excellent. I was completely flabbergasted, because every morning my reflector was set to standard at exactly the same time. Now I know software wise this is intended. Thanks for the info.
