Pi-Star Hangs at Startup

I've had this little Pi-star from Amazon with the Raspberry Pi 0 and MMDVM board for several months and it has worked great. Yesterday and today it hangs up and displays "Startup". Yesterday after rebooting it several times it finally did start. Today no such luck.
I tried reseating the SD card and no luck. Any ideas?

I have a similar problem. Bought a new pi zero so i could put it in a box and now it just goes through start up on a non stop loop

An update on mine. After much head scratching and card re formatting etc. It was the power lead!!!! Seems it doesn't like low voltage.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried a different power supply and cable and it didn't help. Reimaged the SD card and restored the configuration and all is well! Not sure what happened or why, but it's working and that's what matters!
