Install Pi-Star on HDD

I am running a raspberry pi 4 with Debian 10 (Buster) on a HDD. I have installed a number of applications on my pi 4such as Plex along with all my photos, videos, and music. I have a MMDVM hotspot and would like to install Pi-Star on my HDD. Anyon have any information on howto do this?
