MMDVMHOST FM Parameters Documentation

Is there documentation somewhere for the FM section of MMDVMHOST? I've figured out about 60% of them, but it would be nice to know what they all are/do and what the acceptable parameters are.

Feel free to create the documentation and help out the community.
The naming convention is pretty self explanatory, but if you have difficulty look at the source code.
Self explanatory? That's laughable.
And no, I'm not going to look at the source code. I'm not a programmer and I'm not interested in becoming one; I have more than enough one my plate without adding something else.
But, frankly, FM mode does not work particularly well; I'll stick with the external controller, most likely.
