two DMR frequencies

hello I would like to know if we can put two different frequencies on a simplex hotspot in DMR.

Hi,

A simplex Hotspot has only on tx and rx frequency and the tx frequency is the same as the rx frequency.

With special tools you can shift these frequencies a little bit to reduce the bit error rate BER by improving the HF connection.

and yet it works in YSF. I have already done tests with several OM.

Thank you for the information that's what I thought. I don't want to create a problem on the brandmeister network.

As noted above. BM server checks configuration on login between set mode (Simplex, Duplex) and the freqs. you have chosen.

If its set incorrect, it bounces your connection.

(A new more recent update also checks ID against the expected callsign for that ID)

Whilst you can make pistar changes in expert, this makes it a server requirement.
Not much point having the ability, if you cant connect to a network endpoint.
