"User Blocked"

I just installed the TGIF network according to instructions (http://www.fivecountyhre.org/wp-content ... etwork.pdf). Now when I key up, I get a response of "User Blocked." Any advice?

I believe you have to register by https://tgif.network/signin.php#signup and thereafter generate your own Security Key to put it into your hotspot instead of the default password.
