fan for pi 3b+ mmdvm aursinc

can somone post info on a fan that will work with a pi 3b with a aursinc duplex hat in a Zebra DRPi-1S c4labs case my friends hotsport is 55c with omly 2% cpu usage so we want 2 add a fan

There is a fan that fits between R Pi and MMDVM board. It also fits inside some of the c4 labs cases.

I am using the same case, with a 3b and duplex hat with that fan. It runs, but it still gets very warm ~60°c idle. Will drill holes in the sides of the case to let in air.
Just be sure not to install the fan control service for that fan shim as it uses a couple of the same pins the hat does and will prevent the hat from working.
