If I run own aprs-igate and no internet then I like to configure
all aprs trafic to my own address , not from selesction!

Also, must understand pi-star could be run repeater, whitout
internet connection,... local chanel 9 !

pistar isnt a repeater solution.
Its intended users are those with hotspots
And for that reason pistar checks for an internet ip add. before starting services.

You can solve this by connecting ur pi to any old router with dhcp and throw it in the btm. of the repeater cabinet.
