gateway dplus hostfile

this dplushostfile from pistar that updates nightly doesnt have our gateway listed , how do we get our repeater listed so it will update
nightly i see other files that has our repeater listed but not the one from pistar downloads, can anyone help me understand were the main file is located and how to get our repeater listed ??
