Set more agression

Im Running Pi-star with Raspberry Pie B with daughter board in my car when I connect to my Car mobile Data service ( Mobile data service ) I loose connection from time to time what I presume between mobile phone Cell towers with 4G or 3G etc or a wait time to reconnect to next cell etc is there any parameter in in Pi-star configuration when Internet connection is lost by WIFI it keeps requesting a connection in out side mobile Data service every 5 seconds etc?. I cant find any thing that says request connections for to WIFI in aggression to keep request linking to a DSTAR reflector.
