Alert: Upgrade Notice with Link - Legit?

I'm getting an Alert at the top of the dashboard page with a "click here" to upgrade link. Is this legit? I don't see an update on the Pi-star site.

Its fine, and yes its from us.
The current rels is 4.1.6

Currently only available via an update.

sudo pistar-update
sudo pistar-upgrade.
