How to adjust font sizes and display config?

I have a Pi-zero hotspot and a small oled. I'd like to make the fonts larger on the display.

Clone the MMDVMHost source code, hack away at the `OLED.cpp` (C++) file, recompile, install the resulting MMDVMHost binary, and exclude your new MMDVMHost binary from getting blown away during Pi-Star updates.
