Seeking the op of a DMR hotspot in/near Southgate St, Bury St Edmunds, UK

Are you the operator of a DMR hostpot with output on 438.8MHz located in or near Southgate St, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, UK. Or do you know who they might be? The hotspot seems to be static on TG91.
I seem to have a frequency collision with them, but I am only in this QTH for a month and don't have a programming cable for my radio, so I can't change the frequency of my hotspot.
