I am able to log into pi-star on my raspberry pi and the Pi-Star dashboard comes up on my laptop. The problem is that when I want to get to the config page or admin page it asked for the username and password. I believe the password for Brandmeister is what it wants but I cannot remember the username I used on it. Question is, is there a way to recover the username on the laptop for the the dashbook. I have tried all normal usernames but no joy. Any advice would be appreciated.

no, it isn't asking for your Brandmeister acoount there. Pi-Star is asking for your local, Pi-star account to make sure, only you can change its configuration.
