So I bought a Yaesu FT400, and a DV Mega hotspot. The seller programed it for me to tether with my T-Mobile cell for mobile use. I set the radio to my local Fusion repeater, the screen shows call signs, but im guessing YSF isn't like the DMR radio I had? There aren't rooms you can scroll through? Any app I need? Or do I just put the ip address in to see pistar? Any help is appreciated. 73! NZ4Z

You tune the radio to ur hotspot freq and use it to talk into the various networks. If your talking into a rptr you dont need a hotspot.
For many a hotspot is used as they dont have a local rptr or gateway to chat through.
