Invalid downlink activate received, duplex board in DMR Mode

Hello,
it is not poosible to "activate" the repeater (duplex hotspot). When somebody talks on Brandmeister (which the hotspot receives, because the specific Talkgroup is set to static), it is possible to talk local to another radio.
Stops the transnmission from Brandmeister (even if the duplex board transmitter is in idle mode) it is not possible anymore.
Talks somebody from the net, then it is again possible to speak local, until the one from the network releases the PTT button.
