Hi all
Pulling my hair out setting up the DVMega box for P25
here are my issues
1-I have p25 in the green and can connect to a TG like North America, but I cant transmit.
2-Motorola XTS2500 working properly, I can hear P25 digital on the scanner at the frequency, programming is correct to my knowledge.
3-I THINK I have a port issue. I made sure 42012 and 42020 are open on my router a TPlink Archer C2300
Im at wits end and the elmer I reached out to has given in, so here I am.
Would love to have any input
DVMEGA PISTAR P25 ISSUES
Re: DVMEGA PISTAR P25 ISSUES
From memory (rightly or wrongly)
the dv mega needs to at a certain firmware level to support P25 as its not an actual MMDVM device. Else it only operates the base 3 modes DMR DSTAR C4FM.

Re: DVMEGA PISTAR P25 ISSUES
Assuming you have the NAC configured correctly in the node?
Is the XTS2500 configured to use TG? If so, you need to set them up with the CPS, otherwise he 2500 may be changing the TG without you knowing it.
I have my XTS2500 configured to with with a pistar and it works great!
