problems with sending messages via my Retrevis RT83

Hello everyone,
I have the problem with sending messages via brandmeister to dapnet with the Retevis RT83 radio. My pager is an Alphapoc 602x4. I send messages via ssh on mmdvm and Pistar, with sudo pistar-dapnetapi the message arrives, I send via telegrambot the message also goes through, but nothing happens from the radio. sometimes when i try to send a message from the radio, it sends it out and shortly thereafter the hotspot with pistar automatically broadcasts continuously to 262993 and can only be switched off again by pressing the ptt button. what am I doing wrong or what can it be? I've already done a clean installation several times and carried out an upgrade and update. it also does not save the brandmeister security password, so that the dmr fails from time to time. Can you help me please?
