parrot not retransmitting my voice

When I key Parrot, 99990, and say my call and 1-5 , the hot spot transmits on 9990 with something that sounds like 'Desert Rock'.
Confirm the # of 9s -- your post has both 99990 and 9990 listed.
Also, Brandmeister (I presume) Parrot needs to be set as a PRIVATE CALL, not a regular GROUP call.
Other than that, I have nothing... You may need to contact Brandmeister support, as this doesn't seem to be anything Pi-Star controls.
