Does the DMR2YSF Master Still Work?

I'm trying to set up DMR2YSF the "simple" way using the DMR2YSF Master, not the DMRgateway. I can hear traffic and my RF transmissions show up on my dashboard. However, I am not heard by Parrot or any other connection.
I wonder if the DMR2YSF Master still works as shown in the videos. I am using the latest Pi-Star software.
