Radios for the SCM-32 DVM modem?

Is there a list of recent Alinco, Icom, Kenwood, Yaesu transceivers that will work with an MMDVM modem set up for D-Star and Fusion?
I know that some models do not have the necessary rear connection, or will interfere with modulation/demodulation.
