Lost Connectivity Tone / Voice Announcements

Greetings from South Florida!
I searched and saw two requests in the last few years for some type of lost connectivity tone so wanted to give it a bump. On occasion we lose the internet at the repeater site and frustrated users can't figure out why things aren't working when it's not on their end. An option to turn on a "lost connectivity tone" would be helpful. Users end-up messing with their radios and programming unnecessarily when this happens so an indication would be helpful.
Not as important but some voice announcement options would be helpful. We have them on our other repeaters for ID and net/meeting reminders.
