Issues with DMR when YSF working well

I have been using my hotspot for Fusion and was thinking on getting a 2nd hotspot for DMR but first I wanted to test the DMR on my current hotspot but no matter what I do I can’t get the connection to stay when transmitting to the hotspot, I’ve tried changing my offset but I can’t get it any lower than 3.5 BER if I’m lucky and the connection just keeps dropping. Any ideas what I can do to fix this
