FCS Reflector Descriptions

The FCS list says that it obtains descriptions from xreflector.net, but in the case of:
FCS31045 it states NJ-NY-PA-Tristate
when it should be:
US-CNJHAM
as per the FCS310/YCS310 dashboard at https://ycs.openquad.net/ycs/. This is the dashboard pointed to by xreflector.net
How do we have this updated?
