Pi Star change default callsign to QRZ,com
Re: Pi Star change default callsign to QRZ,com
(Assuming you're using the lastest version:) migrate from the main dashboard --> admin --> expert --> CSS Tool, and then pick QRZ from the drop-down under the Lookup section, and hit Apply.
Re: Pi Star change default callsign to QRZ,com
Hi, I am running pi-star 4.1.6 with dashboard 20221114.
In the CSS section the Lookup does not exist.
How can I fix this?

You did scroll down, right?! This feature has been there since at least 2022-04-01.

Re: Pi Star change default callsign to QRZ,com
Hi Mark, thanks for your reply.
Section [BannerExtText] is the last section, followed by the text and button concerning the Factory Reset.
So there is no section Lookup available.
I even made a new card with Pi-Star 4.1.5 on it, upgraded to version 4.1.6, but it gave the same result.
Strange but true.
cat /etc/pistar-css.ini also gives the same result, the last line is the [BannerExtText].
Would it be safe to add the Lookup lines to this file?

Re: Pi Star change default callsign to QRZ,com
Yes, you can manually add the two lines to the end of the .ini file and it should show up in the regular config panels thereafter.
Remember to back-up your config after you do so; the .ini file is included in the backup so you'll have it for future ref.

Thank you very much Mark.
I just added the lines to the file using the sudo nano command and it worked!
